In anticipation of the Bicentennial Celebration of Brighton, the Brighton Allston Historical Society commissioned the beautiful 14 oz porcelain mug pictured above. The picture on the mug is of the "living flag" portrayed by elementary school students in Brighton in 1907 at the Centennial celebration held that year adjacent to the former Chestnut Hill Fire Station, now the Veronica Smith Senior Center.
The cost of the mug is only $10 and can be purchased at BAHS events.
